Research Business Development Manager
About Us
- Develop and implement strategies to grow TTSH's clinical research portfolio and industry-sponsored studies.
- Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical technology and digital health organisations.
- Lead initiatives to expand sponsored research activities, strategic collaborations and institutional partnerships.

Build and maintain relationships with industry sponsors, contract research organisations (CROs), healthcare institutions, academic centres and innovation partners.

Facilitate discussions with prospective collaborators and support the development of mutually beneficial partnerships.

Represent TTSH at industry events, conferences, networking platforms and partnership meetings.

Support the development of regional and international collaborations that strengthen TTSH's research ecosystem.

Evaluate and support the development of new research programmes, services and strategic growth initiatives.

Provide market insights and strategic recommendations to support partnership development and research growth opportunities.

Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to advance research, innovation and patient care initiatives.
Requirements / What We're Looking For:

Degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, Biomedical Sciences or a related discipline.

At least 8 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships or related functions, preferably within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, clinical research or related sectors.

Demonstrated track record in developing partnerships, driving business growth and delivering strategic outcomes.

Experience engaging senior leaders, industry sponsors and external stakeholders.

Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking and opportunity development skills.

Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to identify opportunities and translate them into meaningful partnerships and collaborative initiatives.

Ability to work effectively across diverse stakeholder groups and in a complex healthcare environment.

Postgraduate qualifications and experience in clinical research, healthcare innovation or research ecosystems will be advantageous.
