Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Manage finance-related matters across research projects, including the processing and submission of participant compensation and other project-related claims.
- Liaise with the finance department to ensure timely processing of payments and reimbursements.
- Ensure all financial submissions are supported by proper documentation and approvals.
- Assist with the scheduling and coordination of research activities.
- Assist with research-related events, documents, reports, or presentations as needed.
Requirements:
Competency
- Demonstrated strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal capabilities with a meticulous approach to detail.
Educational and Professional Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related discipline.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar administrative or research support role, with a strong grasp of financial processes and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, for data management and tracking activities.
- A background in book-keeping and/or accounting would be an advantage.
- Meticulous, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
