- Prepare aseptically compounded products (including TPN bags, chemotherapy, IV admixtures infusions, eyedrops)
- Assemble medication, supplies and equipment and prepare products according to set procedures
- Ensure double-checking of all prepared products before issuing from Lab
- Ensure products manufactured by pharmacy follow quality control requirements
- Carry out final packing of the product (including adhesion of auxillary labels)
- Ensure all work areas are maintained in a clean and orderly manner Fill up daily equipment log
- Perform quality control activities (including hand plate, settle plate and contact plate)
- Work in compliance of the Occupational Health & Safety act and its regulations, reporting hazards and deficiencies in a timely manner
