Patient Service Associate Executive
Challenges
• Perform data entry for patient registration, admission, transfer and discharge.
• Perform payment and financial counselling duties for surgical procedures and services.
• Provide support for OT listing and services
• Print elective listing for Nursing Teams to confirm elective list
• Contact patients on day before procedure to reinforce time to come to Day Surgery Centre for admission and fast instructions accordingly.
• Prioritise and organise patient timings for registration according to the listing.
• Perform booking of outpatient appointment for patients and booking of inpatient beds for patient requiring admission.
• Handle incoming and out-going mails, attend to queries from internal and external parties pertaining to the Operating Theatre facilities and services
Requirements
• Diploma in any discipline/ GCE 'A'/'O' Level/ Higher NITEC in Business Studies/ NITEC in Service Skills
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• A team player with good interpersonal communication skills
• Experience in frontline customer service is preferred
• Proficiency in computer application
