What You’ll Do

• Provide warm, professional, and empathetic frontline service to patients
• Register patients for visits and manage appointment scheduling
• Handle payment collection and basic financial transactions accurately
• Maintain and update patient records with care and confidentiality
• Offer clear financial counselling and guidance to patients when required
• Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth patient experience

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma in any discipline or GCE ‘A’ / ‘O’ Levels or Higher NITEC (Business Studies) or NITEC (Service Skills)
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced, people‑centred environment
• Friendly, team‑oriented personality with good communication skills
• Frontline or customer service experience is an advantage (training provided)
• Basic proficiency in computer applications

Working Hours

• Mondays to Fridays with alternate Saturdays (half‑day)
• Staggered office hours to support work‑life balance
• Rostered Sunday duty: once every 6 weeks
