Patient Service Associate, NSC
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assists to oversee the smooth and efficient running of the clinic counter
- Attends to patients' enquiries, provide directions and assist with clarifications
- Assists in registration and billing of patients accurately
- Makes appointments for follow-up patients
- Assist with doctors' requests such as chaperon patients
- Assists with queue monitoring and load balancing of clinic
- Assists patient with Medisave application
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Assistant Manager or Senior Executive
Job Requirement:
- Preferably GCE ‘N’ Level and above
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Preferably with 1-2 years working experience in service / healthcare industry
