Patient Service Associate, NSC

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assists to oversee the smooth and efficient running of the clinic counter
  • Attends to patients' enquiries, provide directions and assist with clarifications
  • Assists in registration and billing of patients accurately
  • Makes appointments for follow-up patients
  • Assist with doctors' requests such as chaperon patients
  • Assists with queue monitoring and load balancing of clinic
  • Assists patient with Medisave application
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the Assistant Manager or Senior Executive

 

Job Requirement:

  • Preferably GCE ‘N’ Level and above
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Preferably with 1-2 years working experience in service / healthcare industry
