Partnership Development Manager

Key Responsibilities
Build Strategic Partnerships
- Identify, assess, and pursue new partnership opportunities aligned with organisational priorities and long-term growth objectives.
- Develop frameworks and partnership models that create shared value for Woodlands Hospital and its partners.
Lead Commercial & Partnership Strategy
- Drive partnership discussions end-to-end, including proposal development, commercial negotiations, and contract coordination.
- Ensure commercial structures support sustainability, scalability, and quality outcomes.
Collaborate Across the Organisation
- Work closely with internal stakeholders including operations, finance, legal, and clinical/business units to align partnership objectives and implementation plans.
- Act as a connector across teams to ensure seamless partnership execution.
Manage & Grow Existing Partnerships
- Oversee and strengthen existing partnerships to ensure performance targets, service levels, and commercial outcomes are met.
- Monitor KPIs, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide insights and recommendations to management.
Deliver Market & Industry Insights
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, emerging opportunities, and best practices.
- Apply insights to shape partnership strategy and inform leadership decisions.
Represent the Organisation Externally
- Represent Woodlands Hospital at external meetings, industry forums, and networking events to strengthen brand presence and partnership pipelines.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Management, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in partnership development, business development, strategic alliances, or similar roles.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated experience in negotiations and contract discussions.
- Proven ability to build, manage, and sustain long-term external relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical and solutions-oriented, with the ability to translate strategy into execution.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Experience in healthcare, professional services, or other regulated environments.
- Experience working on regional or cross-border partnerships.
