Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional for a part-time role to support the planning, coordination, and operational delivery of capability-building initiatives under the Value and Care Transformation Office, including ASCAT-Youth and related population health programmes. This role offers the opportunity to contribute across training delivery, stakeholder engagement, logistics coordination, and programme monitoring, supporting the effective implementation of initiatives that advance IMH’s strategic mental health priorities.
Job Responsibilities:

Capability Building - Operations
-
Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of training activities, including didactic sessions, skills‑based workshops, case discussions, evaluation platforms, and community partners focused engagements under ASCAT-Youth.

Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangements, communication with trainers and partners, preparation of training materials, and attendance tracking.

Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date data, for ASCAT-Youth programme assessment and completion requirements (including post‑training feedback). Support efforts for monitoring, reporting and data-driven insight analysis for programme improvement.

Other Duties

Provide operational and administrative support for initiatives related to mental health capability building efforts.

Support end to end planning and logistical coordination of training related events, including:

Liaison with speakers, moderators, and participants

Venue booking, catering arrangements, and on-site logistics

Registration management, attendance tracking, and documentation
-
Prepare and disseminate event communications, confirmations, reminders, and post event follow ups.

Support administrative requirements for training compliance, including attendance records, feedback forms, and post event documentation.

Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
This is a part-time position. Candidates should be able to commit to the required work schedule and support operational needs within the scope of a part-time appointment.

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Health Sciences, Public Health, Social Sciences, or other relevant discipline.

Experience in programme administration, operations support, training coordination, or related roles, preferably within healthcare, public sector, or social services settings is preferred.

Prior experience supporting training sessions, engagement activities, forums or events (e.g. workshops, briefings, events) is preferred.

Experience working with multiple stakeholders (e.g. clinicians, GPs, community partners, internal teams) will be an advantage.

Positive work attitude with a ‘can-do’ spirit.

Must be able to learn quickly on-the-job.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.
