Key Responsibilities

Lead Clinical Practice and Service Delivery
Oversee the planning, setup and day-to-day operations of services within your scope.
Ensure appropriate nursing manpower planning to support safe and effective care delivery.

Drive Clinical Standards and Quality Care
Develop, implement and uphold nursing clinical standards and best practices.
Streamline care delivery processes to enhance patient outcomes and service efficiency.

Monitor Performance and Outcomes
Track clinical performance and care outcomes through audits, data and feedback.
Identify gaps and implement targeted improvements to enhance quality of care.

Enable Continuous Improvement and Learning
Design and implement training, competency development and quality improvement initiatives.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional excellence within the nursing team.

Collaborate for Better Care
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic, patient-centred care.
Partner with leadership to align clinical practices with organisational goals and priorities.

What You Bring
Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
Recognised Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with relevant specialty qualifications.
Strong leadership and management capabilities.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, proactive mindset.
Commitment to service excellence and continuous improvement in patient care.
