About the Role
KLARIS Precision Health Research Clinic is a cardiometabolic precision health research centre anchored at TTSH. Leveraging genomics, biomarkers, and digital health technologies, KLARIS advances personalised care and translational research for Singapore's multi-ethnic population. The clinic collaborates closely with clinicians, researchers, bioengineers, and digital health experts to shape the future of precision medicine.
As the Talent Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering KLARIS' talent strategy to support its clinical, research and operational priorities. Working closely with leaders across multidisciplinary teams, you will drive workforce planning, talent acquisition and employee engagement initiatives to ensure KLARIS attracts, develops and retains the talent required to achieve its goals.
Responsibilities / What You will Do:
- Partner stakeholders to develop and implement workforce plans that support KLARIS' research, clinical and operational priorities.
- Manage manpower establishment, including headcount planning, recruitment requirements and workforce allocation.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for key positions, including clinical, research and specialised professional roles.
- Develop and strengthen partnerships with healthcare institutions, academic organisations and other talent sources to support recruitment and talent attraction efforts.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management and onboarding activities.
- Support the preparation and management of employment-related and collaboration agreements in partnership with relevant stakeholders.
- Design and implement onboarding programmes to facilitate the successful integration of new hires.
- Support employee engagement, performance management and talent development initiatives to foster a positive and high-performing work environment.
- Monitor and analyse workforce metrics to support talent planning and decision-making.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders on workforce, talent and organisational development initiatives
Requirements / What We're Looking For:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, Organisational Psychology, Life Sciences or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, workforce planning, HR business partnering or related human resource functions.
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment and talent sourcing, particularly for specialised or hard-to-fill roles.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Good understanding of employment practices, employment contract management and relevant employment legislation.
- Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Passion for healthcare innovation, translational research and precision health
- Experience in healthcare, academia, research-intensive organisations, international talent sourcing, or possession of relevant HR certifications will be advantageous
