Manager
This role supports the development and delivery of value-based care (VBC) strategies, quality and clinical risk management initiatives within NHG, aligned to its vision for population health. The incumbent coordinates implementation with MOH, NHG institutions, and multidisciplinary stakeholders, contributing to improvements in care delivery and the scaling of value-driven and risk informed outcomes across NHG.
- Support NHG’s implementation of Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs)/Patient Reported Experience Measures (PREMs) through change management with patients and care providers to drive awareness & adoption.
- Drive improvement in strategic Value-based Care (VBC) conditions
- Clinical Care Pathways Mapping (‘as is’ and ‘to be’)
- Derive meaningful insights and support the development of evidence-based improvement opportunities through care path and data analysis to optimize resources, reduce costs, and improve care quality
- Stay current on the latest VBC developments internationally/locally, and conduct literature reviews on indicators, benchmarks and best practices.
- Provide oversight of clinical risk management, ensuring systematic identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks that may impact patient safety, quality of care, and clinical outcomes.
- Strengthen clinical risk governance by ensuring timely escalation, assurance, and reporting of key clinical risks to senior management and relevant committees.
- Produce high-quality reports, papers and presentations to support decision-making and stakeholder engagements across NHG and MOH, and develop conference posters, abstracts and submissions to showcase NHG’s impact and thought leadership at national and international forums.
- Provide secretariat support and/or participate as an active member in the steering committees /workgroups supported by the Division and/or MOH.
- Support the planning and execution of VBC‑related events (e.g. forums, workshops, engagement sessions), including stakeholder coordination and logistics.
- Undertake other tasks as assigned by Reporting Officer.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Minimally a Bachelor’s Degree, with at least 5 years of working experience in healthcare.
Experience: Relevant experience in Change Management, Project Management and Data Analytics will be an advantage.
Skills & Knowledge: Well-versed with Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
