Role Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Manager on a 12‑month contract to lead our Employer LinkedIn strategy across external brand presence, employer branding, and internal adoption.

This is a manager‑level individual contributor role with end‑to‑end ownership of LinkedIn strategy, execution, growth, and enablement; working closely with Group Corporate Communications (GCC). The manager will be expected to align external messaging and narratives in the TA arena, drive content creation on LinkedIn and adoption across leadership and senior management. The manager will be involved in other aspects of employer branding and employer marketing strategy.

The successful candidate will operate with autonomy and accountability, owning outcomes across:

  • LinkedIn Life Page setup and management
  • LinkedIn content strategy and execution
  • LinkedIn follower growth (target: 55K within 12 months)
  • Internal LinkedIn adoption by leadership and senior stakeholders
  • Employer branding and recruitment marketing support

Key Responsibilities

LinkedIn Strategy & Channel Management

  • Develop simple playbooks and guidance to support profile creation, content sharing, and appropriate amplification of corporate posts.
  • Provide hands‑on advisory support to enable confident and consistent LinkedIn usage by senior stakeholders

Growth, Analytics & Performance

  • Drive follower growth to 55K within 12 months, with a focus on sustained engagement rather than one‑off campaigns.
  • Track and report on key metrics (followers, engagement, reach, content performance) and apply insights to refine approach.

Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing Support

  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives on LinkedIn and other social platforms.
  • Advise on content approaches that engage priority talent segments and reinforce the employer value proposition.

Requirements & Experience

  • 6+ years’ experience in marketing, corporate communications, public relations, or integrated communications roles.
  • Experience in corporate communications, stakeholder engagement and executive-level advisory
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing communication strategies that support organisational objectives
  • Proven ability to independently manage projects end-to-end and deliver measurable outcomes
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders in complex and matrixed environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong editorial judgement

Desirable

  • Experience supporting LinkedIn content strategy or social media communications in a corporate environment.
  • Exposure to healthcare, life sciences, technology, or innovation‑driven industries.
  • Experience supporting employer branding or recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Familiarity with internal communications or executive communications.

Key Success Measures

  • Delivery of a clearly defined and executed LinkedIn content strategy
  • Achievement of 55K LinkedIn followers within 12 months
  • Demonstrated improvement in engagement and content performance
  • Strong stakeholder feedback on partnership, quality, and delivery
