- Treatment Review Panel (TRP) and MDT Coordination

- Reporting, Data Management and MOH Liaison
- Lead the compilation and submission of timely, accurate service reports to MOH and internal stakeholders, including patient volume statistics, manpower utilisation data, and service progress updates.
- Maintain a robust data management system to support the service's reporting obligations and enable evidence-based decision-making by clinical leadership.
- Serve as the administrative liaison with MOH on matters relating to GD service funding, reporting requirements, and compliance, ensuring that all submissions are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Compliance, Records Management and Confidentiality
- Oversee the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with institutional data governance policies and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure strict adherence to patient confidentiality protocols given the highly sensitive nature of GD cases and provide guidance to the team on data protection obligations.
- Support preparation for any internal or external audits relating to the GD service, including MOH licensing reviews or accreditation processes.
- General / Other Duties as Assigned
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department or Assistant Director, Clinical Governance and Quality, in support of the broader goals of the GD service and the institution.

- High degree of discretion, empathy, and cultural sensitivity, particularly in relation to the unique needs of patients with Gender Dysphoria and their families.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Educational and Professional Requirements
- Degree holder with a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in the healthcare sector, with at least 3 years in an administrative, operations, or managerial role.
