Role Overview
This is a group-level Talent Acquisition role responsible for owning and driving recruitment outcomes for prioritised Allied Health and Pharmacy professions across NHG Health’s cluster of institutions.
As the primary Talent Acquisition lead for this portfolio, you will be accountable for delivering hiring results end-to-end while remaining highly hands-on across sourcing, coordination, and stakeholder engagement. You will operate in a complex, fast-paced healthcare environment, supporting the Deputy Director in building the strategy, and managing the execution and stakeholder management to ensure consistent and effective hiring outcomes.
This role also plays a key part in building future talent pipelines, driving employer branding, and supporting regional recruitment efforts, making it both challenging and impactful in shaping NHG’s workforce.
The ideal candidate brings experience or familiarity with the Allied Health or Pharmacy landscape and is passionate about talent engagement and healthcare workforce development.
What you will do
1. Own Recruitment Delivery
- Act as the single point of accountability for Talent Acquisition within this family group across the cluster
- Take ownership of hiring targets, pipeline health, and time-to-fill, proactively identifying gaps and driving solutions
- Manage the full spectrum of recruitment activities including scheduling, coordination, and candidate engagement for the prioritised professions
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
2. Build Pipelines & Future Talent
- Own the development of sustainable talent pipelines across local and regional markets
- Drive targeted sourcing strategies including direct outreach, talent mapping, leveraging AI-enabled sourcing tools, and promotion of sponsorship programmes
- Utilise data, market insights, and emerging sourcing technologies to enhance reach, efficiency, and candidate engagement
- Build and maintain future-ready pipelines to support long-term workforce needs across Allied Health and Pharmacy
- Actively engage and nurture candidate pools to ensure readiness and conversion
3. Support Early Careers Branding & Outreach
- Support the branding & outreach team to deliver early careers recruitment initiatives including pipeline development through sponsorship programmes
- Partner stakeholders to position NHG as an employer of choice for Allied Health & Pharmacy talent
- Represent NHG at career fairs, campus engagement and outreach events across institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs)
- Continue to support employer branding and outreach strategies to strengthen talent attraction
4. Lead Regional Recruitment Efforts
- Plan and coordinate overseas recruitment and marketing trips including engagement in Taiwan and the region
- Build access to and engagement with international talent pools to support hiring needs
- Ensure effective execution of regional hiring initiatives from planning through to follow-up conversations.
5. Own Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting
- Build strong, trusted partnerships with stakeholders across institutions, acting as a credible advisor and accountable Talent Acquisition partner
- Proactively manage stakeholder expectations on hiring progress, timelines, and market conditions
- Own recruitment reporting and analytics for Allied Health and Pharmacy, including pipeline tracking and performance metrics
- Provide regular, data-driven insights to support cluster-level reporting and decision-making
- Identify trends and drive improvements to enhance hiring efficiency and outcomes
About you
- Experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment, ideally within healthcare or complex, high-volume environments
- Proven ability to own outcomes while remaining hands-on in execution
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to drive alignment and accountability
- Comfortable with data, reporting, and using insights to guide decisions
- Interest in employer branding, outreach, and early careers engagement
- Willingness to travel for regional recruitment activities
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
