Manager, HR
Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and execute HR strategies that align with organisational objectives.

Lead, mentor and manage the HR team while ensuring quality standards and consistent service delivery across all departments.

Supervise payroll processes and serve as the main contact point for all administrative matters with Group HR and NSC departments.

Ensure adherence to all NHG/NSC policies and legal requirements across HR functions.

Manage manpower sufficiency by coordinating with department heads to anticipate staffing needs and implement strategic recruitment and retention initiatives.

Oversee the complete training portfolio including maintaining training records, managing approval frameworks, and rebuilding the Learning Needs Analysis process.

Take on the Human Resources Information System role for NSC to support data-driven HR decisions.

Drive wellness activities and develop programmes that support employee health, engagement, and work-life balance while monitoring relevant metrics.

Work closely with department heads to develop proactive staffing solutions and maintain optimal staffing levels organisation-wide.

Actively participate in assigned NSC committees and Group HR workgroups to support broader organisational initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong communication and project leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving healthcare landscape.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic HR planning, workforce management, and team leadership
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of payroll systems and HR analytics tools
