The Manager  – Parnterships Operations for Insurance and Corporate Accounts role will play a pivotal role in TTSH's partnership operations, to support the strategic demand creation via partnerships. This position requires a dynamic leader who can develop and own the operational processes in collaboration with our partners. In addition, the candidate will play a vital role in maintaining solid relationships across multiple stakeholders and implement service line strategies that support the organisation's long-term growth objectives whilst enhancing the PEARL experience and revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities

A hybrid of partnership operations lead and partnership management, where Manager is required to drive process improvements as well as cultivate relationship with key partners. Manager is also expected to collaboratively compile meaningful data and analyze the data for reporting purposes.

Partnership Operations for insurance and corporates

  •  Streamline onboarding and support for new partners. Includes updating relevant stakeholders for partnership requirements
  • Optimize existing processes, and introduce new ones where necessary to create seamless referral
  • Drive, coordinate and implement partnership initiatives including, but not limited to, CPA/ LOG processes, hospital events, agent sharing and partnership events
  • Familiar with insurance landscape, with good understanding of unmet needs and latent demand
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop services that fit market trendingWork with internal and external stakeholders to support resolution of claim denials, disputes, appeals, and coordinate with insurers / clients for clarification
  • Develop priorities based on aligned targets and define operational goals
  • The Manager would need to work closely with the Deputy Director of Partnership, Associate Director, and key stakeholders to formulate and execute comprehensive strategies that align with TTSH's long-term growth objectives

General and Other Duties 

  • Devise appropriate metrics to track and measure effectiveness of initiatives and projects 
  • Collate data on a monthly basis to track outcomes for management reporting 
  • Ensure department’s operational procedures and work instructions are reviewed periodically and implement improvements in work processes 
  • Provide secretariat support for division/department/workgroup meetings including writing meeting minutes, where required, and following up on meeting action points
  • Participate in hospital’s emergency planning exercise and render support in hospital emergency or incidents when required
  • Assist to carry out any other duties as assigned
