Job Description:
You will be involved in the Department's operations and administrative functions to deliver the department's shared goals and overall strategic objectives. You will oversee the smooth operations and effective resource management of the Specialist Outpatient Clinics (SOC) and business development initiatives whilst ensuring compliance with the standards of operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- People management and coordination
- Data analysis
- Communicating and liaising with internal & external parties
- Proposal writing
- Monitoring of Key Performance Indicators, and generating reports
- Conducting periodic reviews and updates of existing procedures and policies to improve efficiency in service delivery and quality improvement

Educational and Professional Requirements
- A degree preferably in Business Administration/ Studies/ Management, Engineering or Healthcare-related discipline
- Minimum 2 years in Operations/ Administration/ Data Analysis. Relevant experience in healthcare sector will be an advantage.
