Senior Engineer / Manager – Fire Protection & M&E Operations

We are looking for an experienced M&E professional who is passionate about reliability, safety, and continuous improvement to lead the operations and maintenance of critical Fire Protection and M&E systems in a complex, mission‑critical environment.
In this role, you will be a technical authority and operations leader, working closely with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure systems run safely, efficiently, and in full regulatory compliance. Your work will directly contribute to a safe environment and uninterrupted operations.

Your Role & Impact
Technical & Operations Leadership
- Plan, manage, and oversee predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance for Fire Protection, Building, and M&E systems.
- Provide specialist technical expertise in troubleshooting, investigations, root‑cause analysis, and incident reporting.
- Ensure system reliability, availability, and safety, even under high operational demands.
Project, Vendor & Compliance Management
- Coordinate repair, upgrading, replacement, and commissioning works with contractors, consultants, and authorities.
- Manage equipment lifecycle planning, licensing, documentation, claims, and maintenance procedures.
- Ensure full compliance with applicable Singapore Standards, Codes of Practice, and accreditation frameworks (e.g. IQEHS, JCI).
People & Performance
- Lead and supervise contractors and a team of technical staff to maintain high service quality and operational efficiency.
- Set clear expectations, monitor performance, and drive accountability across vendors and in‑house teams.
Improvement & Optimisation
- Initiate and support service improvement, cost‑optimisation, and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) projects.
- Identify opportunities to enhance system reliability, safety, sustainability, and lifecycle value.
