The Assistant IRB Analyst (AA) supports the administrative functions of the NHG Domain Specific Review Board (DSRB) operations as per the responsibilities of an Assistant IRB Analyst. He/She is a technical expert and understands the administrative processes thoroughly. In addition, he/she supports the DSRB Manager to ensure that the Assistant IRB Analysts are competent and effective in carrying out their administrative duties and leads/supports in QA/QI initiatives, tasks and projects as assigned.
