Join our Emergency Department team and play an important role in supporting nurses and doctors to deliver safe, quality, and compassionate patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities and personal care needs.
- Accompany and transport patients for investigations, procedures, and treatments.
- Monitor and record vital signs and other patient observations.
- Assist nurses and doctors during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
- Perform ECGs as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients.
- Observe and report changes in patients' conditions promptly.
- Support quality, safety, and infection control practices.
Requirements
- N-Level qualification or equivalent.
- WSQ Certificate in Healthcare Assistant or related healthcare support training.
- Passion for patient care and service excellence.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
