Job Description: 

To provide statistical support to the research division and on-going research projects in at IMH. 

  1. Assist in research and statistical activities for the Centre Grant related projects. 

  1. Assist senior researchers in sample design and analysis for research projects. 

  1. Perform data clean up and preparation of data for analyses. 

  1. Apply appropriate statistical tests and assist in generating, presenting and summarizing study findings. 

  1. Perform statistical analysis using programmes like SPSS, SAS, etc. 

  1. Contribute to the data management plan and programing for research projects. 

  1. Provide statistical support to on-going research projects at IMH. 

  1. Learn new statistical techniques and analytical software to provide best solutions for analyses. 

  1. To critique research reports and replicate analysis used for studies conducted elsewhere. 

  1. To discuss statistical design and analysis with collaborators. 

 

Requirements:  

Competency 

  • Experience in statistical analysis using multiple statistical software 

 

Educational and Professional Requirements 

  • Bachelor or Master's Degree holder in statistics or related field 

  • Experience in statistical analysis using multiple statistical software
