To support Care Transformation Office initiatives that advance IMH's strategic objectives in clinical transformation, system integration and Centres of Excellence (CoE) development. The role contributes to clinical services planning, care model development, governance coordination, stakeholder engagement and performance monitoring to support institutional transformation priorities. 

 

Job Description: 

  1. Support the development of IMH's Centres of Excellence (CoEs) by coordinating planning activities, stakeholder engagements, governance workgroups and consultation workshops. Monitor project milestones, maintain project documentation and support the consolidation of proposals and recommendations to facilitate CoE development and alignment with organisational priorities. 

  1. Contribute to the planning, development and monitoring of IMH's Balanced Scorecard across clinical departments, ensuring strategic alignment and accountability. Serve as the primary liaison for assigned clinical portfolios, facilitate performance review discussions, and analyse and synthesise data and trends to inform management decision-making. 

  1. Support Clinical Services Planning and care transformation initiatives through the development and refinement of care models, service pathways and related transformation projects. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, support project governance processes, and ensure timely follow-up of key deliverables and action items. 

  1. Provide secretariat and administrative support for assigned committees, steering committees, workgroups and project teams, including meeting coordination, preparation of papers and presentations, documentation of discussions and tracking of follow-up actions. 

  1. To assist in any key collaborative projects as assigned. 

  1. To cover other team-related portfolio when necessary, as assigned by Reporting Officer.  

  1. Role model and guide junior colleagues in supporting CTO driven initiatives.  

  1. To assist in the preparation of any presentations, minutes and reports as assigned. 

  1. Any other duties as assigned  

 

Requirements:  

Competency 

  1. Good interpersonal and communication skills.  

  1. Must be able to perform in a fast paced environment determined by deadlines. 

  1. Must possess good coordination & organisational skills. 

  1. Experienced in project management including planning, implementation and evaluation.  

  1. Well versed in various Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, & Powerpoint. 

  1. Must be proficient with data, budgeting and secretariat work (e.g. committees, workgroups). 

  1. Work experience in healthcare / hospital/ training/ education industry will be an advantage. 

 

Educational and Professional Requirements 

  1. Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3 years working experience 

  1. Post-graduate qualifications an advantage
