Disciplinary Case Management
- Support the management of disciplinary cases by gathering evidence, interviewing relevant parties, and documenting findings
- Ensure all investigations adhere to company policies and legal requirements
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all disciplinary cases
- Prepare comprehensive investigation reports and supporting documentation
- Ensure proper filing and storage of confidential case materials
- Update and maintain disciplinary cases dashboard regularly
- Track key metrics related to case resolution and timeline adherence
Policy Review & Development
- Assist in the review and update of HR policies and framework
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and understand operational challenges that may require policy updates
- Support the communication on new or revised policies
- Assist in the drafting and review of work instructions related to HR matters
Industrial Relations
- Assist in labour relations matters, including grievance handling
- Coordinate union related activities and events
Governance & Audit
- Support the audit of HR processes
