About the role

In this role, you will support the Group’s financial stewardship through accurate consolidation, analysis, and preparation of financial reports for Senior Management and stakeholders. Beyond reporting, you will also work closely with MOH/MOHH and institutions on government funding matters relating to the Group and provide ad-hoc financial support for organisational wide strategic initiatives, while supporting smooth day‑to‑day task within the finance team.

The job will also provide you with opportunities to work with parties at multiple levels and across various institutions within and outside the Group. You will be challenged to apply your financial skillsets as a business partner to support the strategic growth of the organisation. Job Responsibilities

  • Analysis and reporting of the financial performances (actual/forecast/budget) of institutions within the organisation
  • Engage MOHH/MOH for subvention related queries, subvention funding gaps and other MOHH/MOH related finance matters
  • Monitor and follow-up on subvention matter and funding appeals, ensuring timely updates and proper documentation.
  • Data collation and analysis to support management’s decision making (e.g., Tracking and monitoring of AR days and bad debts write off, productivity ratios etc)
  • Perform other related ad-hoc duties as required to support department needs
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental objectives

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
  • Strong analytical and articulation abilities
  • Strong sense of accountability and proactiveness in worked assigned
  • Good writing and interpersonal skills
  • Independent team player with excellent planning and coordination skills, delivering quality work timely
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
