Asst Manager

Job Purpose

1. The executive will support the National Healthcare Group (NHG)’s strategic growth and development in Value Based Care (VBC) and Risk management under Clinical & Academic Development (CAD). The primary responsibilities and duties include supporting and coordinating the implementation of MOH and NHG value-based and risk management initiatives.
2. The individual will collaborate with cluster-wide multi-disciplinary teams, and external stakeholders such as the Ministry of Health (MOH) and Synapxe to align processes and resources planning to NHG’s VBC strategy.

Major Duties & Responsibilitie

1.Support NHG’s implementation of Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs) through change management with patients and care providers to drive awareness & adoption.

1. 1. Organise patient and provider engagement initiatives
   2. Enhance PROMs Clinician Toolkit
   3. Develop eNewsletters to raise awareness

2. Drive improvement in strategic Value-based Care (VBC) conditions

1. Clinical Care Pathways Mapping (‘as is’ and ‘to be’)
2. Derive meaningful insights and support the development of evidence-based improvement opportunities through care path and data analysis 

3. Be in the know of the latest VBC developments internationally/locally, and conduct literature reviews on indicators, benchmarks and best practices. 

4. Provide oversight of clinical risk management, ensuring systematic identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks that may impact patient safety, quality of care, and clinical outcomes.

5. Strengthen clinical risk governance by ensuring timely escalation, assurance, and reporting of key clinical risks to senior management and relevant committees.

6. Provide secretariat support and/or participate as an active member in the steering committees / workgroups supported by the Division.

7. Prepare presentation materials (not limited to powerpoint/dashboard/report) for management update, and poster submissions to feature NHG’s work in national and international platforms.

8. Undertake other tasks as assigned by Reporting Officer. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 (a) Education/Training/Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
2. Well-versed with Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
3. Relevant experience in Healthcare, Project Management and Data Analytics will be an advantage.
