Job Description:

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will support the management of clinical operations and administrative functions. You will work closely with clinical and operational stakeholders to advance the department’s shared goals and strategic objectives, while ensuring the effective delivery of clinical services and programmes.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the development, implementation and evaluation of clinical services and programmes.
  • Ensure that services and programmes comply with established operational standards, policies and procedures.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and prepare performance reports to support management decision-making.
  • Analyse operational data, identify trends and recommend opportunities for service improvement.
  • Develop proposals, reports and presentation materials for management and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of existing policies, procedures and workflows to improve service efficiency, quality and patient care.
  • Coordinate projects and initiatives involving multidisciplinary stakeholders.
  • Provide secretariat support to assigned committees, including preparing meeting materials, documenting discussions and following up on action items.
  • Undertake other clinical operations and administrative responsibilities as assigned.

 

Requirements:

Education and Experience

  • A recognised degree, preferably in Business Administration, Business Management, Engineering, Healthcare Management or a related discipline.
  • At least two years of relevant experience in operations, administration, project management or data analysis.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector will be an advantage.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and strategic-thinking capabilities.
  • Good organisational and project coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in data analysis, proposal writing and performance reporting.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
