Associate Executive, Medical Affairs
Contract Type: 1 year contract
Job description:
- Provide operational and administrative support for annual workplans and budget preparation for the NTU LKC Primary Care Dermatology Programme.
- Liaise with the Academic Programmes Office to ensure timely submission of workplans and budgets
- Collate quarterly performance indicators and assist in preparing financial and milestone reports.
- Support the ACP Administrator in compiling six-monthly research and education activity reports.
- Coordinate logistics and provide secretariat support for meetings, workshops, and events.
- Manage programme communications and engagement to foster collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies across all programme activities and assist with administration of joint and adjunct faculty appointments in partnership with the Office of Faculty Affairs.
- Assist in curriculum development by coordinating with module leads, content creators, and external partners.
- Coordinate curriculum activities, manage scheduling and registrations, and maintain accurate programme and participant records.
- Support programme-specific, Education Office, and institutional initiatives to help achieve the institution’s vision and strategic objectives.
Requirements:
- Prior experience or training in administrative support, programme coordination, or related operational roles is preferred.
- Basic numerical and analytical skills with an interest in data collation and reporting.
- Proficient in computer software, including MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
