Associate Executive, Finance
Contract Type: 1-year Contract (Under Recruitment Agency)
Job Description:
- Manage patient enquiries, phone communications, and administrative duties
- Follow up with patients to collect outstanding bills and ensure accurate receipting via PayNow, AXS, and HealthHub platforms
- Reconcile of HealthHub accounts and cash and credit card collections
- Send Statements of Account to patients
- Assist in billing medical records
- Support system integration tasks and prepare journal entries and audit schedules
- Coordinate follow-ups on MCPS-related matters
- Liaise with CPF and insurance companies to manage Medisave claims
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent certificates
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word and Excel, to manage documentation and data entry
- Ability to handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail in data entry and record keeping
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
