•Since 2018, we have outsourced to 1FSS to support the following tasks by working with both FMC & DKSH:

1.Match patient MT information with MSW and follow up with providers to amend the MT information when there’s errors

2.Consolidate monthly billing from DKSH/FMC into Master file

3.Submit the renal dialysis subvention claims on behalf of FMC & DKSH to AIC’s ILTC portal

4.Submit the NKF subsidy on behalf of FMC & DKSH quarterly

5.Reconcilie FMC & DKSH billing records vs funds rec’d from MOH subvention, NKF subsidy, Medisave and Medifund

6.Raise E-pay to FMC & DKSH based on matched records under pt 5.

•Last quarter of 2025, 1FSS informed us of their staff resignation and decided not to sell their support service to us

•Due to short notice, we tried with 3 months’ experienced Account Assistant who is willing to work as part-time temp to understand the tediousness of work before requesting for permanent FTE to support.
