Associate Executive
Responsibilities
You will assist in secretarial support to Dir, OQCG, administrative and logistical support to the department/ division (when required). Your duties include:
- Management of Dir OQCG’s calendar scheduling and coordinating with stakeholders, logistics support to ensure smooth running of the meetings such as room bookings.
- Ensure accurate and timely data abstraction and entry into various databases
- Participating in quality assurance programme
- Maintaining data entry and extraction guidelines
- Provide administrative and logistic support for training courses including coordination of participation, registration, tracking of attendance and related claims when required.
Requirement
- Diploma in any discipline
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (e.g. Excel and Powerpoint)
- Enthusiastic and passionate
- Meticulous
- Prior data entry and event organizing experience preferred
