Job Description:

Support the day-to-day operations of the Business Office and help keep things running smoothly.  

 

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Keep the numbers in order – track payment statuses, prepare simple reports, and review clinic handover reports so statements, receipts, and any discrepancies are properly accounted for.
  2. Validate funding claims – support the operational validation of funding claims submissions to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
  3. Guide patients through their bills – explain their financial responsibilities, set up manageable payment plans, and help create and manage their accounts.
  4. Connect the dots – coordinate with clinics, wards, and emergency services so patients get timely support with their bills.
  5. Help us improve – take part in user acceptance testing (UAT) for system upgrades, and provide counter coverage and support as a backup when needed.

Requirements:

Competency

  1. Service-oriented and confident, with a genuine passion for helping others
  2. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Basic accounting knowledge

 

Educational and Professional Requirements

  1. Diploma holder with knowledge about account receivables
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
