Sr Associate Executive
Role Overview
This is a group-level Talent Acquisition Coordinator role supporting recruitment across NHG Health’s cluster of institutions.
You will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and coordination across the recruitment lifecycle, enabling recruiters to focus on value-added sourcing and stakeholder management. Working in a fast-paced, volume-intensive environment, you will manage scheduling, logistics, and administrative processes to ensure smooth and timely hiring outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and enjoys working at the centre of a busy recruitment operation while contributing to NHG’s mission of delivering quality healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Coordination & Delivery
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including interview scheduling, candidate communications, and follow-ups
- Manage high-volume coordination across multiple stakeholders and candidates in a timely and organised manner
- Support offer preparation, documentation, and bond-signing logistics where applicable
- Ensure a smooth and consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
Candidate Logistics & Administration
- Manage candidate logistics including interview arrangements, onboarding documentation, and administrative processing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other systems
- Support collation of recruitment data and documentation required for reporting submissions (e.g. cluster-level or external reporting bodies)
- Provide general administrative support across Nursing recruitment activities
Outreach & Event Support
- Support coordination of career fairs, campus outreach, and recruitment events
- Manage event logistics including scheduling, materials, and on-the-ground coordination
- Assist with preparation of recruitment collaterals and ensure smooth execution of outreach activities
Stakeholder & Team Support
· Work closely with Talent Acquisition team members and stakeholders across institutions to ensure seamless coordination of activities
· Provide timely updates to recruiters on scheduling, candidate progress, and operational matters
· Act as a reliable point of contact for coordination-related queries
Process & Operational Excellence
· Ensure consistency and accuracy across recruitment processes and documentation
· Identify opportunities to improve coordination workflows, efficiency, and candidate experience
· Support adoption and use of recruitment systems and tools

Requirements & Experience
· Experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations, or administrative roles (high-volume environments preferred)
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously
· Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accuracy
· Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
· Comfortable working with systems and handling data and documentation
· Proactive, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
